An important element in any good, successful, and long-lasting relationship is clarity and consistency. In order to ensure that your next appointment is as pleasant and predictable as possible, we would like to give you an overview of our appointment and office policies. Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of any upcoming appointments with our Registered Dietitian. As a courtesy, we send out email reminders a few weeks prior to a requested appointment, and we also send a courtesy email reminder 2 days before all appointments. Although we make every effort to contact you prior to any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Due to a continuous high demand for prime appointment times, we require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice per appointment should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Because we value your time, we do not double book our clients. As such, your appointment is valuable time that your Registered Dietitian has set aside especially for you. Where insufficient notice is given, a missed appointment fee may be charged to you, or we may require you to prepay to reserve your next appointment.

Our goal is always to provide you with a pleasant and informative experience. We strive to serve you to the very best of our ability, and we are committed to helping you attain first-rate dietary consultation services to help you achieve overall health and well-being.
